FINANCIAL EDUCATION
FINANCIAL EDUCATION
BEYOND THE PLAN, IT’S ABOUT A LASTING RELATIONSHIP.
We understand why 85% of employers and employees involved in retirement plans prefer one-on-one education delivered in the workplace. That’s because it’s about a relationship, not just a plan. We are so committed to financial education as a principle that we've hired in-house educators, some of whom are Spanish speaking. These educators conduct group education as well as one-on-one consultations. With our created and curated library of education, our sessions go beyond routine retirement plan education. To that end, our learning model is easily tailored for different age groups to provide relevant information that brings financial confidence and life-improving outcomes. Because we are holistic in our knowledge, any financial concern or question can be addressed with our advisors.
Not only do we help in accumulating assets for retirement, but help when it’s time to take the money out for retirement as well. After accumulating enough resources for retirement, counsel is needed on the best way to take money out of the plan at retirement. One-on-one assistance allows us to go deeper into the individuals real-life circumstances where these distributions, rollovers, tax implications and timing are optimized through SK’s “personalized planning process.”
THE BENEFITS OF ONE-ON-ONE LEARNING:
- Employees get to know and trust our team, so the participant has an accessible relationship with their advisor to address their financial questions and needs
- Employees receive the additional employee benefit of financial wellness by engaging with our holistic advisors
- Advisors are able to assess and gauge participant understanding of what they have in place currently and are able to make certain there is complete understanding and discuss any available options
